Motorheads mark your calendar. The biggest motor show on the island is going to make its way back.
Okinawa Motor Show 2024 is scheduled to take place Nov. 9-10 at Okinawa Arena and Koza Sports Park, both located south of Kadena Air Base.
This annual event will be a special one this year as it celebrates the 50th anniversary of the host municipality, Okinawa City.
The main feature will be a car exhibition of supercars, premium cars, brand new models, limited models, customized motorcycles, and more. A championship-winning car will be on display as well.
There will also be demonstrations where drivers will show off their drifting skills and motorcyclists will pull off acrobatic stunts. Plus, firefighters and fire engines will showcase their capabilities, and a parade run will take place Nov. 10.
Whether you are passionate about cars or not, there will be plenty attractions to enjoy and various food booths to check out.
Since this popular event is expected to draw a big crowd, congestion is likely to happen around the area. The organizer recommends that visitors utilize public transportation. The venues are within walking distance of Gate 5 of Kadena Air Base for this free-admission event.
Why not join the crowd and share your passion for cars?
